Welcome friends! Prepare yourself for a real challenge!

My name is Jeff Pritchard. I am considering a run for Oklahoma's 4th District U.S. House of Representatives on the Republican ticket.

Can you handle the truth? Well, then, it's time for a common man with common sense for these uncommon times.

These are not normal times. Now is not the time to send the normal politicians back to Washington. In these out of ordinary days we face as a nation, it is time for an out of the ordinary person to get the job done.

The incumbent, Tom Cole, has had ten years and has proven to be just another RINO talking the "conservative" lingo. How hard is it to "look and sound conservative" when all you have to do is vote no against Obama and Pelosi? Other challengers have arisen to take the place of the career politicians, but are showing themselves to be "conservative imitations" of the same old "legal scholars" they want to replace.

Well, I'm not impressed!

My motto is this: If you want a job done right, do it yourself! Therefore, this (college edgycated) working man just might be running for Congress.

However, take note. As passionate as I am about this endeavor, I am also a realist. If you like what you see and hear, I need to hear from you. Pats on the back and prayers don't win elections. People and money make the difference.

In order to see this through to the primary in June, I need your support. If few respond affirmatively by filing date in April, you will not see my name on the ballot.

So, if you want me on the ballot, then talk it up where you live, get the discussion going in your community, let me hear your ideas and opinions on these issues, and be sure to send whatever financial support you can afford. I invested a part of my life in the defense of yours against our foreign enemies and now I risk it against our domestic enemies.

We must stand up now, draw the line in the sand, and fight for our Constitution and American Sovereignty. We must also look to our Creator, Jesus Christ, for assistance in this fight, just as our Founding Fathers did at the birth of our nation when they fought to give us the liberty we have taken for granted for so long.

It is our solemn duty to preserve liberty and pass it on to the next generation. We will stand before God and give account for what we do here today. Oklahoma, take right stand with me. Let us not be found faithless at the Lord's return. We know not what day He will return, but if we are blessed to be alive at his return, let us be busy about protecting liberty and not watching it die without a fight.

If I am so honored and blessed to receive your support and vote, as your Congressman from the 4th District of Oklahoma to the House of Representatives, the restoration and protection of your Constitutional liberties will be my primary focus.

The incumbent has done little if anything to lead the fight against the usurpation of our Constitution since he has been in office these past 5 terms. He has “earned” his Congressional pension, made his million+ from his time in office, and will not be harmed financially in any way when we give him his “pink slip” this June in the Republican Primary. He has accomplished his “wheeling and dealing” for his special interest groups long enough. It’s time to tell Ole Tom "King" Cole, he’s got to go.

Even though I was raised by lifelong Democrats (my dad always, my mom less so), I have been a registered Republican all my adult voting life. With all the corruption and "socialistic" tendencies in both Parties and lack of true Christian Constitutional Conservative leadership in the Republican Party, I considered looking for a 3rd Party or going Independent. If any party were to take up the mantle that Ronald Reagan stood for and championed, I would be a part of it.

My first taste of politics came in 1988 while in college back in my hometown of Lubbock, Texas where I was involved in the Conservative takeover of the Lubbock Republican County Convention and was selected to be an alternate to the State Convention that year. I moved to Oklahoma in 1999 and again involved myself in active politics to be selected as a delegate to the Oklahoma State Convention of 2004 with the help of then Oklahoma State Rep for District 85, Odilia Dank and others from our precinct when I lived in the Village back then. (Cruddy thing was that I got sick and wasn't able to attend the State Convention....bummer.) This past year, I was healthy and did attend the Oklahoma State Convention along with my wife.

As we have seen over the past two decades, the Democrats have gone so far left, that they are now more Communist/Socialist/Fascist than most Americans care to admit these days. Likewise, the Republicans have followed them to the left so far that they are now much more like the socialist Democrat Party was a few decades ago. Admit it. The Bush Administration took us into Socialism before Obama took the reigns.

Contrary to the pundits on television and radio, the Republican Party is NO LONGER the party of the Gipper. They have become the "New Democratic Socialist Party" that Reagan warned us of when he said repeatedly that we are always one generation away from losing our liberty. Just because they have a few "good ones" in their party and they are now "moving back from the left" does not mean we need to run open arms back to them with blind faith again and without conditions.

Let's focus on stopping the corruption everywhere, in both parties, not just the Democrats. Let's focus on reviving the Constitution and not just the Republican Party this year. Stand your ground and vote your heart and soul this election. Don't let this opportunity slip away.

Due to the entrenched two-party system in my home state of Oklahoma and the need to avoid another Democrat majority in the House of Representatives, I will be running on the Republican ticket. I will strive to rebuild the GOP, but I will not tolerate a repeat of 1994 under the failed leadership of Newt Gingrich as explained very well by Senator Coburn in his book, "Breach of Trust."

I currently live in Mustang, Oklahoma. I have a B.S. in Liberal Arts (most of the course work in Family Studies at Texas Tech University and the rest in Korean Language from the Defense Language Institute) and I have 6 hours towards a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma in Norman.

I served in the U.S. Army as an Intelligence Analyst during the first Gulf War. After 8 months teaching Conversational English in Seoul, South Korea, my current wife and I moved to Oklahoma where I got a job in a warehouse to pay the bills and then spent 7 years working as a State employee for the Department of Human Services. The past four years, I've been working in the oil field. I have two kids in college (boy & girl) living in Texas and my wife and I have a 5 year old daughter and 4 year old son here with us.

I believe it is time for a "common man" with common sense who understands what earning your keep means to head to Washington for a change. Too much high society double talk up there. Me thinks they need a William Wallace kind of awakening. The "nobles" have pawned our lives and livelihood off long enough. It's time to "go peck a fight." (Remember the movie "Braveheart"? I'm not saying we need to go fight violently, Nancy, so don't call out the National Guard or Obama Police.) I'm talking about some straight talk from a "commoner" with very little bull stinking stuff on the ground coming at you.

As a possible candidate for the 4th District of Oklahoma U.S. House of Representatives, until something better comes along to represent my views, officially, I stand by the words of Jesus Christ, the Founding Fathers, and Ronald Reagan.

Our Constitution gives us the right to voice our beliefs in public and gives us the right to accept or reject other people’s beliefs as they can accept or reject ours. God’s “Constitution” not only gives us the right but the obligation to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ and the remission of sins along with the rest of the gospel message. As the Apostles replied when ordered by the government of their day to be silent and keep their faith to themselves, I say today as well, it is better to obey God than man.

You will not hear it from others, but just as Jonah called Nineveh, Isaiah and Jeremiah called Jerusalem, Luther called Rome, Knox called England, and Finney called early America, this humble sinner saved by Grace now calls today’s America to t’shuva. To ensure this call is not ignored or forgotten after the campaign is passed, I published my message to America in a book, "T'shuva! - A Cry to America and the Nations." In this book, I have spelled out, in common English, what the problem is as well as the solution for all to read and accept or reject for themselves.

God, Jesus Christ, is the one who causes nations to rise and fall. America is no different. If we reject His authority over our nation, then we also reject His protection and blessings. We cannot have it both ways. We cannot say and sing “God bless America” and then forbid His teachings and even His name from our public domain and escape the inevitable handing over to our enemies, both foreign and domestic.

My mission objective is simple.

First, T'shuva! To call America back to her Christian God and Christian heritage, in the name of Jesus Christ, the ONLY True and Living God. Ezekiel 33! It is God who raises up and brings down the nations. America is only as great as her faith in the Almighty. How can she expect to continue in God's favor and under his protection as long as she spits on His Word and pushes away His hand of protection? If America does not do proper T'shuva (repentance), she will fall to the wayside and be given over to her enemies just as all nations before her have.

As a member of Congress, I will commit to being a faithful member of the Congressional Prayer Caucus.

Second, Treason! To restore and protect our Constitution and Republic. To expose, remove, and prosecute corruption in Washington, DC, starting with the Fraud in the White House (Barack Hussein Obama), his Vice-President (Joe Biden) and the former Speaker of the House (Nancy Pelosi) who have aided this corruption, along with all those members of Congress and others outside of Congress who have assisted in this coup that has been underway for some time.

Third, Terrorism! To fight the REAL "War on Terror" as it should be fought. America is in greater danger than we are being told by the media. Today, we are told terrorism is the acts of a few "extremists," such as those who flew planes into the World Trade Center buildings on 9/11. The current Homeland Security Agency under Obama has recently put patriotic Americans with traditional Christian values on their "watch list." Many in the "media" throw the words "terrorist" and "terrorism" around like homosexual activists throw around the words "hate" and "hatemonger." Over a century ago, terrorism was defined as "government rule by using terror to control its people" (paraphrase). With our open borders and the supposed "war on terror" in Afghanistan while hundreds of thousands of terrorists train (without opposition from our military or law enforcement) south of our "border," in South and Central America, and on American soil (!!!!), who is "terrorizing" who?

As a member of Congress, I will commit to being a faithful member of the Congressional Anti-Terrorism Caucus.

As legitimate and necessary are the issues many wish to deal with, none are more important than the three above. These three issues will be my focus for my term in office if elected. All other issues are secondary. If you want bailouts and think politics as usual is ok with you, then don't vote for me.

It's time to send someone up to Capitol Hill, (to borrow a phrase from Toby Keith), to put a boot up their you-know-what!

ISSUES:

To put things into my own "country boy" words, I offer the following "short, to the point" synopsis of my views on the issues:

Priority Issues:

Promises - I make no promises that I cannot keep...

I will NOT send your tax money overseas to foreign governments so easily like Tom Cole and others do while our own people struggle hear at home. If you want someone to send your hard earned money overseas, then vote for Tom Cole again.

I will NOT vote for any legislation with the current state of corruption in Congress unless I am certain that it is constitutional and acceptable to my constituents. Until the Democrats and Republicans agree to debate truthfully and take all issues into consideration, I will vote against every proposed piece of legislation if there is any doubt about it's content or authorship.

I will NOT attempt to author or co-author bills for the sake of "padding my Congressional resume" to get re-elected. As a matter of fact, at this time, I plan on proposing NO legislation in my first term (if I am blessed with more than one term). Rather, if anything, I will propose the repealing of unconstitutional legislation passed by both Democrat and Republican Congresses of the past. I'm sure that little will come of this immediately, but I will attempt to do so as often as I can. Don't hold me down to "read my lips...no new taxes." I'm not saying I will never propose legislation. I'm just emphasizing that in the current atmosphere of corruption, there is no need or even a possiblity to propose anything new that hasn't already been tried. First, deal with the cancer of corruption, and then we can talk about where we want to go for vacation as a family. Make sense?

I WILL be a "thorn in the flesh" for both parties and the House leadership. As long as the corruption continues, I will do my best to expose the corruption and "make ‘em famous" as John McCain promised he would, but has yet to even try to do so. They thought Joe Wilson caused a stir? I will give them a run for their money and not let up until We the People see justice served upon the corrupt members of our Federal Government, in both political parties. Oh, and also, if it hasn't been done by election time, I will call for investigation and impeachment of President Obama and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and any other members of Congress that are found to have committed fraud, corruption, or other "high crimes and misdemeanors."

Abortion - I will not vote for the funding with taxpayer money for any kind of abortion.

War - What war? What are our troops fighting for? Who are they fighting and why? If Congress will not officially declare war on a defined enemy, then I will not support giving this President or any President such unrestricted authority to use our troops as his personal, or the UN's world police force. President Obama has shown himself to be an enemy of our Constitution and loyal to those who oppose us rather than to our national sovereignty. As long as he demonstrates this disdain for America and Congress refuses to declare war properly, I will not sit by and allow our troops to be pre-occupied overseas while our own people and borders remain open and unsecure like a "sitting duck" for our enemies to plunder at will. As a former Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Army, I can tell you that it does not take a trained analyst to figure out what our enemies are up to and just how vulnerable we are as a nation to foreign invasion. Terrorists are a very real threat, but we are not so mighty and invincible to foreign invasion as many proclaim that we are.

Border Security - What border security? Stop the stupidity and pretending! Defend our borders and establish a proper immigration policy. There is no excuse for this.

Cap and Trade - NO! NO! and NO!

Healthcare "reform" - NO! It is not the job of the Federal Government to fund healthcare and many other items that have been UNCONSTITUTIONALLY funded for many years. First, deal with Tort Reform and work things out between and among the 50 States.

Tax and Spend - Audit the Fed! Audit ACORN! Audit ALL entities that have received TARP or Bailout money of any sort. No more taxes! No more spending! Stop it all until we know what is going where. Return to the Constitution for proper taxation and spending laws and regulations.

States' Rights - The 10th Amendment is the Rule of Law in America. It may not be practiced or respected by Washington DC, but it will be my motto while in Congress. If it isn't defined in the Constitution as within the jurisdiction of the Federal level, then it is to be governed by the States. Case closed.

Marriage - between one man and one woman. Period.

Homosexuality - do it if you want to in the privacy of your own home. Just like the practice of fornication, keep it to yourself and keep it out of our children's classrooms.

Education - abolish the Department of Education. Education is a State issue not a Federal issue. This was one of the greatest Socialist blunders of the Bush Administration. As are all Socialist programs, they have good intentions, but terrible consequences. If possible, the NEA should be investigated for the ways it intimidates teachers who do not support them and rewards those who do. Something stinks in the NEA. Find the stink and remove it.

Energy - Drill here and drill now! No excuses! Our enemies drill off our shores while we gripe about high energy prices and our dependence on foreign oil. How stupid is this? Stop the insanity and start drilling.

Gun control - Every young person should be taught how to properly control a weapon. Every adult should know how to use a weapon in self defense and be permitted to hunt and defend life, limb, and property with deadly force, including the use of guns. With new technologies and new weaponry used in warfare, the citizenry and militias should have equal access to weaponry to defend themselves against a tyrannical government and foreign invasion. Gun control, as proposed by liberals who hate law abiding citizens owning guns, does not decrease crime, it promotes and increases crime.

Hate crime legislation - Unconstitutional! Crime is crime and punishment is punishment. The use of "hate crimes" is nothing more than an attempt to attack beliefs, religious views, and the freedom of speech.

In summary, I have attempted to address the "hot topics" above. I do not believe any candidate should be an expert in all areas that are addressed in Congress. To expect any one person to "know it all" is to limit our representation to exclude the common citizenry of which our founding fathers envisioned being the leaders to serve in Congress. We need Statesmen from all walks of life, not just lawyers and CEOs who think they know better than the rest of us.

My focus for the next 2 years as a member of the House of Representatives will be to call this nation to true repentance and to fight corruption in Washington DC. To expect anything else without addressing these two main issues is to ignore the real problems with our nation and to avoid true healing and restoration of our nation's heart and soul as defined in our Constitution and the writings of our Founding Fathers.

It is time to define what the word "is" is. It is time to define the word "Treason." Send me to Congress so we can get this settled once and for all. Who is guilty of treason? Those of us who support and defend the Constitution, OR Obama, his puppetmasters, and those in Congress who commit treason or misprision of treason?

What has been taking place with our economy has not happened by accident. It is intentional and evil. It started before Obama took office and now is coming to its conclusion, UNLESS YOU AND I STOP IT AND CORRECT IT!

We must do more than just "revive the Republican Party" and talk about "taking back the Constitution." How can we truly restore faith and trust in our government and "take back the Constitution" if we are not willing to expose corruption in Washington, including within the Republican Party? Just replacing the faces does not expose and deal with the corruption established and growing.

We can do both. We must do both. We must expose the corruption within the Republican Party and take it back to her roots if we are to do the same in Congress. Rallying around the cry to "take back the Constitution" without truly acting on it is nothing more than a dog and pony show. It is passion without truth and Spirit.

It is not a matter of "winning." It is a matter of truth and righteousness. Regardless of who is in control of Congress or how many votes would back up impeachment of government officials, the corruption that brought Obama into office must be exposed and dealt with if any Republican or Constitutional "revival" is to be real and successful. Refusal to do so is, to borrow a phrase from Joe Wilson, a "LIE."

Time is short. Many say it can't be done.

I say HOGWASH!

The call for it is growing across the nation. As a matter of fact, today, there may not be any in Congress that are willing to get the ball rolling, but there are many American Patriots like us willing to take up the mantle to impeach this fraud in the White House and the members of Congress, IN BOTH PARTIES, who will be discovered to be part of the cover up and the destruction of our economy, Constitution, and Republic.

I will not show favorites, but will rather, pursue members of both political parties if they are discovered to be accomplices in these "high crimes and misdemeanors" that have been perpetrated upon our great nation.

TITLE 18 - US CODE - CHAPTER 115 - TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES

18 USC 2381 - Treason: Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

18 USC 2382 - Misprision of treason: Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.

18 USC 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection: Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

18 USC 2384 - Seditious conspiracy: If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

18 USC 2385 - Advocating overthrow of Government: Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction. If two or more persons conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction. As used in this section, the terms organizes and organize, with respect to any society, group, or assembly of persons, include the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.

By the time we get past the election in November (if we make it that far), there will be a slew of reasons for impeachment and charges made against President Obama, Vice-President Biden, former Speaker Pelosi, and many others. We must unite together in the pursuit of justice and fulfillment of our oaths to "support and defend the Constitution against enemies, both foreign and domestic."

Let me be blunt, whether your name is Tom Cole, Glenn Beck, or Tea Party Patriot, it doesn't matter if you claim to be a "Constitutionalist" or a bullfrog. As a former Child Support Enforcement Specialist for the State of Oklahoma, I spent a couple years as our "Locate Specialist," which meant my main task was to locate, track down, and confirm identity of people, including "deadbeats" and those parties involved in Child Support cases. I attest to you that whenever even one discrepency came up about a Social Security number or person's identity associated with receiving State "welfare" money, it was reported to the Office of the Inspector General (OIG). Needless to say, with so many "discrepencies" surrounding Obama and Company, there is no justification by any member of our Government at any level to allow this to go unaddressed. If we are to be successful in the restoration of our Republic and defending our Constitution, we must begin with the current "Fraud in Chief" now unlawfully residing in the White House.
